Shipping policy
At opfall, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
